"YardSale" package is for limited one-of-kind items to sell. 

BarterDown® YardSales provides FREE sign-up with a low % transaction fee charge at point of sale. BarterDown® YardSale is designed for those individual sellers with limited 2 categories with 1 item per category to sell and looking for a cost effective web-presence.  BarterDown® YardSales  applies a percent charge to the final total value of the product/s sold. See rate chart below:  Associated cost scale. No monthly fees: 2 product Categories selection and 4 photo uploading. Note: Price minimum $1 - No item pricing under $1 1). $ 10.00 and under = $.50  2). $ 25.00 and under = $1.00  3). $ 50.00 and under = $.2.00  4). $ 100.00 and under = $3.00  5). $ 500.00 and under = $4.00  6). $ 1000.00 and under = $5.00  7). $ 1000.00 and over = $10.00 PayPal charges 2% per transaction of total price + credit cards charges when applicable. Example:  Buyer purchases 2 products from the same seller for items costing $9.00 and $22.00.  First item is $9.00 and the second item is $22.00 =  $31.00 plus tax.  (Percent charge is product/s total only and does NOT include Tax and Shipping.)  Based on product/s total, BarterDown collects $2.00  A percent (%) charge is applied to each purchase total after transaction completion and confirmation. The seller's account is set-up directly with PayPal with NO "middle man fees" insuring minimal charges from PayPal's services offered for Credit Card and PayPal Account transactions. The User account stays active for a 30 day period after the last product purchased, for ease of new product set up. The Seller is requested by email to re-activate their user account at no cost if no transactions have transpired. The Seller will have 3 days to reply and re-activate. If account is not activated, it will at this point be deleted. No refunds to the seller from BarterDown if the product(s) sells and the product is then returned at a later date for any reason. The seller can opt to upload additional items and up to 4 photos per item.  Multiple Category placements is $1.50 per category beyond the initial 2 account item assignment. Additional photo up-load past the original 4 for an item is an addition $1.00 charge. Limited marketing and (Dash-Board) features for seller.  Charges will be automatically applied to payment method at the time seller agrees to include additional  categories or photos. BarterDown® offers VIP treatment allowing celebrities to donate the sale proceeds 
from their booth to a Non Profit Origination.

All Charity and Non Profit Booths are FREE! 5 Categories

Question: What defines a BD Charity and Non Profit Booth? 
Answer: When the money received benefits, promotes or supports a legal worthy cause, or people in need.
All Charity BD-booths require all the originations to be licensed to solicit funds and can provide
a 501c status with IRS. 

OPTIONAL: A Charity and/or Non Profit Organization can opt to have a booth or apply to “BarterDown® Donation” feature where they will be added to the menu as a possible selection for donation proceeds.
